Today I’m going to try hard to think about happy memories of fireworks and picnics, and not dwell on how this marks the day we gave up access to first runs and online streaming of BBC programmes. There’s some hippie hulabaloo happening in Philadelphia today. Otherwise, I couldn't find much on the nets to honor the holiday. That’s probably because most people will be out enjoying the aforementioned picnics and fireworks! So, here are some recipes I’d include at my dream BBQ:
